日前,从甘井子区人社局获悉,甘区将创新实施“5+5”人才政策服务,通过出台五大方面人才政策和五项人才公共服务举措,实现以政策吸引人才,以服务留住人才,为各类人才营造优质的生活环境、政务环境、发展环境。据悉,甘井子区将出台包括引进培养创新型科技领军人才、引进培养重点领域急需紧缺人才、企业经营管理人才素质提升、高技能人才培养及推动大众创业等五大方面12条人才政策。该政策主要突出了“新、全、实”三个特点:
