以3个不同种源的青钱柳幼苗为试材,对其生长、生理及生化特征进行了比较研究,以期为不同培育目标选择具有优良性状的青钱柳种源。结果表明:3个种源生长性状表现为花溪种源>石阡种源>江口种源;不同种源相对电子传递速率(ETR)、光系统II的最大量子产量(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)表现为花溪种源>石阡种源>江口种源;不同种源青钱柳叶片可溶性总糖含量和还原糖含量达差异显著水平,表现为江口种源>花溪种源>石阡种源;不同种源铁(Fe)元素含量达差异显著水平,表现为石阡种源>花溪种源>江口种源;锰(Mn)元素含量达差异显著水平,表现为花溪种源>石阡种源>江口种源;不同种源铜(Cu)元素含量达差异显著水平,表现为石阡种源>江口种源>花溪种源;不同种源锌(Zn)元素含量达差异显著水平,表现为花溪种源>石阡种源>江口种源。
Cyclocarya paliurus seedlings from three different provenances were used as experimental materials to compare their growth, physiology and biochemical characteristics with a view to selecting provenances of Cyclocandra palustris for different breeding objectives. The results showed that the growth traits of three provenances were Huai River provenance> Shiqian provenance> Jiangkou provenance. The relative electron transfer rates (ETRs), maximum quantum yield (Fv / Fm) of photosystem II, The extinction coefficient (qP) showed that the total soluble sugar content and the reducing sugar content of the different provenances were significantly different from those of the provenance of Huaxi> Shiqian provenance> And Shiqian provenance. The content of iron (Fe) in different provenances reached the significant difference, which was represented by Shiqian provenance> Huaxi provenance> Jiangkou provenance, and the content of manganese (Mn) > Shiqian provenances> Jiangkou provenance. The content of copper (Cu) in different provenances reached the significant difference, which was Shiqian provenance> Jiangkou provenance> Huaxi provenance. The contents of Zn in different provenances differed significantly Significant levels, manifested as Huai River provenance> Shiqian provenance> Jiangkou provenance.
