目的:本实验通过对28例高血压脑出血患者运用闪光视觉诱发电位无创颅内压监测仪进行观察,探讨无创颅内压监测在高血压脑出血患者治疗中的临床意义。方法:采用重庆海威康医疗仪器有限公司生产的闪光视觉诱发无创颅内压监测仪,按使用说明书要求进行测量,应用此方法对28例高血压脑出血保守治疗及手术治疗患者入院时进行颅内压监测。结果:28例入院时颅内压监测值为20~25 mm Hg,幕上血肿量30~35 ml,GCS评分>8分的高血压患者,头颅CT回示中线偏移<1 cm,非手术治疗和手术治疗15 d后两者预后无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无创颅内压监测可及时发现病情,并指导手术治疗。
Objective: In this study, 28 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage using flash visual evoked potentials noninvasive intracranial pressure monitor were observed to explore the clinical significance of noninvasive intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Using the flash visual evoked noninvasive intracranial pressure monitor produced by Chongqing Haiweikang Medical Instrument Co., Ltd., according to the instruction manual, 28 patients with conservative treatment and surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were admitted to hospital.
