在研究对传染病的治疗和预防问题时,必须了解一般常见化学药剂的有效杀菌能力,籍以采取适当防治措施。肠道传染途径是病从口入,但是口是以手传递而入的。因此把住手这一关是极其重要的。为此我们对手的清洗与消毒方法进行了观察与比较。现将结果介绍如下。试验材料及方法一、菌种来源伤寒杆菌、乙型链球菌,乌型结核干菌(北京天坛药品一微生物鉴定所购);福氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌(本院储存菌种);乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性血清(本院保存之阳性血清血凝法效价1:2048以上) 二、材料处理(1)伤寒干菌、乙型链球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,分別接种在营养血琼脂斜面,培养24小时后洗下菌苔,溶解于无菌盐水稀释成3亿/毫
