自进入21世纪以来,随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,与之相关的零售电子商务对实体商业的影响研究也成为了近年的研究热点,但零售电子商务对城市商区的影响研究尚未开展。本文以徐州市为例,在分析零售电子商务对主要商业实体类型影响的基础上,尝试对零售电子商务对城市不同商区的影响进行分析研究。结果发现,对于城市不同商区,零售电子商务的影响程度有较为明显的差异。在此基础上,基于零售电子商务对不同商区的影响特点,提出一定的对应策略与方法。 Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the rapid development of e-commerce, the researches on the impact of retail e-commerce on the real business have become the research hotspots in recent years. However, the researches on the impact of retail e-commerce on urban areas have not been carried out yet. Based on the analysis of the influence of retail e-commerce on the types of major commercial entities, this paper attempts to analyze the impact of retail e-commerce on different commercial districts in the city. The results showed that, for the different districts of the city, the impact of retail e-commerce has a more significant difference. On this basis, based on the characteristics of retail e-commerce impact on different business districts, put forward some corresponding strategies and methods.
