经济主体多元促使劳动关系呈现复杂化趋势,致使劳动关系不和谐因素增加。在分析了当前我国劳动争议特征及其不良影响的基础上,探讨引起争议的原因,提出了化解劳动争议,促进劳动关系转向和谐的相关对策建议。
The diversification of economic entities has led to a complicated trend in labor relations, resulting in an increase in the imbalance of labor relations. Based on the analysis of the current labor dispute characteristics in China and its adverse effects, this paper explores the causes of disputes and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to resolve labor disputes and promote the shift of labor relations to harmony.
