本文报导了从木麻黄根瘤菌中筛选优良菌株并进行回接试验的结果。筛选出U4和Cc38A优良菌株,接种后使苗木早期生物量提高90.7%~275.6%,苗高增长20.0%~31.6%。造林7年后,粗枝木麻黄树高比对照增加12.45%~15.14%,胸径增大10.28%~22.13%;细枝木麻黄胸径增大6.34%~9.44%,树高增加6.05%或生长与对照差不多。结瘤侵染力主要由菌株特性决定,但与菌体培养时间、接种菌体量和浸泡时间密切相关。
This article reports the results of screening good strains of Rhizobium frehtatum and their back-linking tests. The excellent strains of U4 and Cc38A were screened. After inoculation, the early biomass of seedlings increased by 90.7% -275.6% and the seedling height increased by 20.0% -31.6%. After 7 years of afforestation, the height of burley tree increased 12.45% -15.14% and the diameter at breast height increased 10.28% -22.13%; the diameter of burgere increased by 6.34% -9 .44%, tree height increased 6.05% or growth and control almost. The nodulation infectivity was mainly determined by the characteristics of the strain, but closely related to the culture time of the bacteria, the amount of inoculated bacteria and the soaking time.
