以琼脂中的冷溶性琼脂多糖为研究对象,探讨其体内抗肿瘤作用及机理。10~15℃下水浸提琼脂中的多糖,并对其进行了组分分析。小鼠腋下接种H22肝癌细胞建立动物模型,以1000mg/kg·d灌胃给药。通过瘤重、抑瘤率、脏器指数、免疫器官切片HE染色、脾细胞增殖能力、NK细胞杀伤活性测定、吞噬细胞吞噬能力测定等研究其抗肿瘤作用和机理。测得其总糖含量为76.74%,抑瘤率为77.81%,小鼠免疫系统得到保护,增强了抗肿瘤作用。冷溶性琼脂多糖有显著的抗肿瘤作用,在保护免疫系统,提高免疫力方面有很好的作用。
Cold-soluble agarose in agar was used as the research object to investigate the antitumor effect and mechanism in vivo. The polysaccharides in the agar were extracted by water at 10 ~ 15 ℃, and their components were analyzed. Mice were inoculated subcutaneously with H22 hepatoma cells to establish an animal model and intragastrically administrated at 1000 mg / kg · d. The anti-tumor effect and mechanism were studied by tumor weight, tumor inhibition rate, organ index, immunohistochemistry HE staining, spleen cell proliferation, NK cell killing activity, phagocytic phagocytosis assay. The total sugar content was 76.74% and the antitumor rate was 77.81%. The mouse immune system was protected and the anti-tumor effect was enhanced. Cold-soluble agar polysaccharide has a significant anti-tumor effect, in the protection of the immune system, improve immunity have a good effect.
