选择收治的93例手足口病患儿进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组将品管圈应用于护理工作中,比较两组护士考核成绩、护理质量评分、护理出错率、家属满意率、患儿依从性。观察组护士考核成绩、护理质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理出错率为4.3%,低于对照组;患儿依从性、家属满意率分别为95.7%、100.0%,明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。品管圈在手足口病患儿护理中的应用,充分调动护士工作积极性,强化护理措施执行力度与规范性,提升患儿依从性与护理质量,值得推广应用。 93 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were selected to study, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group to take routine care, the observation group will be quality control circle used in nursing work, the two groups of nurses examination scores, nursing quality score , Nursing error rate, family satisfaction rate, children’s compliance.
