目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌3.0T MR动态增强MIP血管评分与肿瘤形态、淋巴结转移以及ER、PR表达间的相关性。方法:对28例乳腺浸润性导管癌(共35个病灶)患者行3.0T MR动态增强扫描,重建得到3D MIP血管图像,并对病灶邻近血管数进行评分,分析其与肿瘤形态学、部分生物学指标间的相关性。结果:非肿块型乳腺癌组血管评分比肿块型乳腺癌组高(P<0.05),发生淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组血管评分比未发生淋巴结转移组低(P<0.05),ER阳性乳腺癌组血管评分比ER阴性乳腺癌组低(P<0.01)。结论:浸润性导管癌血管评分与肿瘤形态和淋巴结转移、ER间有一定相关性,分析其血管生成情况,可预测肿瘤生物学行为和评价放化疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between dynamic enhancement of MIP vessel score and tumor morphology, lymph node metastasis and expression of ER and PR in 3.0T MR breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods: Twenty-eight cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast (35 lesions in total) underwent dynamic contrast-enhanced 3.0T MR imaging. The 3D MIP images were reconstructed and the numbers of adjacent vessels in the lesion were scored. The morphological features, Correlation between indicators. Results: The vascular score of non-mass breast cancer group was higher than that of mass breast cancer group (P <0.05). The vascular score of breast cancer with lymph node metastasis was lower than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) Vascular score was lower in the ER-negative breast cancer group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The invasive ductal carcinoma with vascular score and tumor morphology and lymph node metastasis, ER have a certain correlation between the analysis of angiogenesis, tumor biological behavior can be predicted and evaluation of chemoradiation.
