在初中的班级管理中,班主任面对的是一群刚处于青春期的孩子,并且其认知能力和对事物的分析意识不够完善,这对于塑造良好的班级文化是不利的。对此,班主任必须对学生采取一定的方式,让学生接受教师,配合教师的教学工作,在管理班级时经常鼓励学生。
Classroom management in junior high school, the class teacher is faced with a group of just adolescent children, and their cognitive abilities and awareness of things is not perfect enough, which for shaping a good class culture is detrimental.
