目的:观察红鱼眼叶不同提取物及其化学成分对人肝癌BEL-7404细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用MTT法,观察红鱼眼叶不同提取物的含药血清对人肝癌BEL-7404细胞的体外抑制作用并从有效部位分离出单体成分,观察各化学成分对肝癌BEL-7404细胞的影响。结果:与20%空白血清对照组比较,红鱼眼叶乙酸乙酯提取物20%含药血清对人肝癌BEL-7404细胞有明显的体外抑制作用(P<0.05);红鱼眼叶乙酸乙酯提取物中没食子酸、柯里拉京、短叶苏木酚酸乙酯对人肝癌细胞BEL-7404的增殖具有明显抑制作用,其IC_(50)分别为46.81,32.40,41.15μg·m L~(-1),没食子酸乙酯对人肝癌细胞BEL-7404的增殖基本无抑制作用,其IC_(50)为-6.67μg·m L~(-1)。结论:红鱼眼叶乙酸乙酯提取物能抑制人肝癌BEL-7404细胞的增殖;从红鱼眼叶乙酸乙酯中分离的没食子酸、柯里拉京、短叶苏木酚酸乙酯对人肝癌细胞BEL-7404的增殖具有抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of different extracts and their chemical components on the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7404 cells. Methods: MTT assay was used to observe the inhibitory effect of serum containing different extracts of red fishes on human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7404 cells in vitro and the monomer components were isolated from effective fractions. The effects of different chemical components on the proliferation of BEL-7404 hepatoma cells were observed influences. Results: Compared with 20% serum control group, 20% serum containing ethyl acetate extract of red fishes eyes had obvious inhibitory effect on human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7404 cells in vitro (P <0.05) Ester extract of gallic acid, Corilagin, short-leaf L-menthane ethyl ester on the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells BEL-7404 significantly inhibited the IC 50 (50) were 46.81,32.40,41.15μg · m L ~ (- 1). Ethyl gallate had almost no inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line BEL-7404. The IC 50 value was -6.67 μg · m L -1. CONCLUSION: Ethyl acetate extract can inhibit the proliferation of BEL-7404 hepatocarcinoma cells. The inhibitory effects of gallic acid, corilagin and ethyl palmitate on the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells Proliferation of BEL-7404 has an inhibitory effect.
