自发性气胸的并发症较多,它不仅加重病情,重者还可导致死亡。因此,积极预防、及时发现和正确处理这些并发症极为重要。我院近年来收治自发性气胸患者114例,其中闭合性气胸50例,交通性气胸28例,张力性气胸36例。出现并发症者82例(占72％),有2种以上并发症者25例(22％)。因并发症而死亡者3例,占总例数的2.0％,占出现并发症病例数的2.17％。现作简要分析和讨论。
Spontaneous pneumothorax more complications, it not only aggravate the condition, severe cases can also lead to death. Therefore, active prevention, timely detection and correct treatment of these complications is extremely important. 114 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax were treated in our hospital in recent years, including 50 cases of closed pneumothorax, 28 cases of traffic pneumothorax and 36 cases of tension pneumothorax. 82 cases (72%) had complication, 25 cases (22%) had more than 2 complications. 3 cases died of complications, accounting for 2.0% of the total number of cases, accounting for 2.17% of the number of complications.
