本文采用溅射中性粒子质谱仪(SNMS),俄歇电子谱仪(AES)和X光电子能谱仪(XPS)研究分析了汞系超导材料的表面状况,其中Hg元素在超导体表面的HgO和游离态Hg并存,Pb元素在超导体表面的富集等分析结果表明,汞系超导材料存在着表面不稳定性和表面钉扎效应的表面特性。
In this paper, the surface conditions of mercury-based superconducting materials were investigated by using sputtering neutral mass spectrometry (SNMS), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The HgO And free Hg co-exist, Pb element enrichment on the surface of the superconductor and other analysis results show that there is surface instability and surface pinning effect of the surface properties of mercury-based superconducting materials.
