本文以高职院校青年志愿者协会作为研究对象,通过分析,明确高职院校青年志愿者组织存在的组织结构不够科学、活动内容不显特色、成员能力不够突出、评价机制不够健全等问题,提出转变行政架构,突出团队形式,转变服务方向,融合专业背景,转变培养模式,提升成员能力,转变激励导向,助推学生成长等策略,从而推动高职院校青年志愿者组织的不断发展。
