用滤纸血以抗卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴单克隆抗体G2B3间接双抗体夹心-ELISA检测感染卫氏并殖吸虫BALB/C小鼠血中循环抗原(CAg),结果显示:小鼠感染卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴后第3天检出CAg,其阳性率为38%,第15天起CAg达高峰,阳性率100%,26~56天CAg维持高水平,第71天CAg滴度下降,以后维持在一定水平,说明滤纸血可以代替血清作CAg检测。以抗卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴单克隆抗体G2B3间接双抗体夹心-ELISA检测感染卫氏并殖吸虫小鼠血中CAg时,具有简便,敏感和特异的优点,可试用于肺吸虫感染的早期诊断和流行病学调查。
The circulating antigens (CAg) in BALB / C mice infected with Paragonimus westermani were detected by indirect ELISA using G2B3 monoclonal antibody against Paragonimusi Paragonimus by filter paper blood. The results showed that the mice were infected with Watson The positive rate of CAg was 38% on the 3rd day after the Paragonimus larvae metacercaria. The CAg reached the peak on the 15th day with a positive rate of 100%. The CAg level remained high on the 26th to 56th days, and the CAg titer decreased on the 71st day.
