目的 :探讨补充精氨酸 (L -Arginine ,L -Arg)对大负荷训练大鼠免疫功能的影响及其机制。方法 :对大鼠进行为期 8周、每周 6次 ,每次 15 0min的游泳训练并补充L -Arg ,测定机体淋巴细胞的增殖功能、细胞因子等免疫指标以及血清Gln、L -Arg含量、淋巴细胞凋亡和总抗氧化能力的变化。结果 :8周大负荷训练后 ,大鼠血清IL - 2含量、淋巴细胞转化率以及Gln、L -Arg含量、血清总抗氧化能力均显著降低 ,而血清sIL - 2R含量和淋巴细胞凋亡率却显著升高 ;连续 8周补充L-Arg后大鼠淋巴细胞转化率、IL - 2、Gln显著高于大负荷训练组 ,sIL - 2R和淋巴细胞凋亡率则显著低于大负荷训练组。结果提示 :长期大负荷训练导致机体免疫功能下降可能与血清Gln和L -Arg含量的降低以及外周淋巴细胞凋亡增加有关 ,在大负荷训练后补充L -Arg可以调节和提高训练机体的免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of L-Arginine (L-Arg) on immune function of rats after heavy-duty training and its mechanism. Methods: The rats were trained to swim for 8 weeks, 6 times a week, 15 minutes each time and supplemented with L-Arg. The proliferation function, cytokines and other immune indexes, serum Gln and L-Arg levels, Changes in lymphocyte apoptosis and total antioxidant capacity. Results: Serum IL - 2, lymphocyte transformation rate, Gln, L - Arg content and serum total antioxidant capacity of rats were significantly decreased after 8 weeks of intensive training, while serum sIL - 2R level and lymphocyte apoptosis rate But the levels of IL - 2 and Gln in rats after L - Arg supplementation for 8 consecutive weeks were significantly higher than those in high - load training group. The rates of sIL - 2R and lymphocyte apoptosis were significantly lower than those in high load training group . The results suggest that the decrease of immune function in long-term high-load training may be related to the decrease of serum Gln and L-Arg levels and the increase of peripheral lymphocyte apoptosis. Supplementing L-Arg after heavy-duty training can regulate and improve the immune function of training body .
