目的探讨清洗棒对血透机的消毒效果及应用价值。方法将某院血液净化中心的60台血液透析机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用清洗棒消毒,对照组采用传统方法消毒,监测比较两组透析机的消毒效果。结果实验组内毒素含量、细菌数检测明显低于对照组,消毒耗时明显短于对照组,对医务人员无损害。结论清洗棒是一种安全有效的血透机消毒方式,值得临床上推广。 Objective To investigate the disinfection effect and application value of cleaning rod on hemodialysis machine. Methods Sixty hemodialysis machines in a hospital blood purification center were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was disinfected with cleaning rod, the control group was disinfected by traditional method, and the disinfection effect of dialysis machine was compared. Results The content of endotoxin and the number of bacteria in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the disinfection time was significantly shorter than the control group, and no harm to the medical staff. Conclusion Cleaning rod is a safe and effective hemodialysis machine disinfection, it is worth clinical promotion.
