用普通、彩色及定量金相等方法研究了18Cr2Ni4WA钢碳氮共渗层中残余奥氏体在单向压力下发生的形变诱发马氏体相变规律及各种诱发马氏体形态.结果表明,在室温压缩过程中残余奥氏体明显发生了马氏体相变.在弹性应力范围内转变较少,形成少量片状应力协助马氏体;塑变初期为蝴蝶状应变诱发马氏体;严重塑性变形后则形成大量条状应变诱发马氏体.
The deformation-induced martensitic transformation and the induced martensite morphology of retained austenite in 18Cr2Ni4WA steel under one-way pressure were studied by ordinary, color and quantitative gold methods. The results show that , The retained austenite obviously undergoes martensitic transformation at room temperature during the compression process, less changes occur in the elastic stress range, and a small amount of sheet stress is formed to assist the martensite. At the initial stage of plastic deformation, butterfly-shaped strain-induced martensite is formed. After severe plastic deformation is formed a large number of strip-induced strain martensite.
