目的:调查HPA-1抗原系统a/b/x等位基因在汉族人群中的多态性分布。方法:利用聚合酶链反应-序列特异引物技术(PCR-SSP)技术对1000例中国无关健康汉族人群样本进行HPA-1抗原系统等位基因分型,随机抽取部分样本进行测序验证。结果:本次调查共检测到HPA-1a/a基因型988个,HPA-1a/b基因型12个,未检测到HPA-1x等位基因。结论:HPA-1抗原系统在中国汉族人群中以HPA-1a等位基因为主(99.4%),HPA-1b分布频率较低(0.6%)。目前国内尚未发现HPA-1x等位基因,有必要进一步扩大样本对不同地区、不同民族进行多态性调查。
Objective: To investigate the polymorphism distribution of a / b / x allele of HPA-1 antigen system in Han population. Methods: The alleles of HPA-1 antigen system in 1000 Chinese Han unrelated healthy people were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-sequence-specific primer (PCR-SSP) and randomly selected for sequencing. Results: A total of 988 HPA-1a / a genotypes and 12 HPA-1a / b genotypes were detected in this survey. No HPA-1x allele was detected. Conclusion: The HPA-1 antigen system is predominantly the HPA-1a allele in Chinese Han population (99.4%) and HPA-1b is less frequently distributed (0.6%). At present, no HPA-1x allele has been found in China, and it is necessary to further expand the sample to investigate polymorphisms in different regions and ethnic groups.
