随着经济的快速发展,科技水平在日益提高,使得计算机广泛应用在各种领域,网络招聘网站如雨后春笋,前程无忧网、智联招聘、应届生招聘网等飞速发展。现在无论是刚毕业的大学生还是想更换工作的职业者都选择利用网络平台求职。网络求职覆盖面广、方便有效、成本低的优点,吸引着广大网民参与其中。但是,网络招聘存在如公司发布虚假信息、招聘信息过期、公司信息不健全等症结,导致网络招聘存在不少亟待解决的问题。本文通过研究我国的网络招聘的现状,发展趋势,希望能提高网络招聘效率。
With the rapid economic development, science and technology are increasing day by day, making the computer widely used in various fields, such as the springing up of network recruitment website, future worry-free network, Zhaopin recruitment, recruitment network and other rapid development. Now whether it is just graduating college students or want to change jobs have chosen to use network platform job search. Wide coverage of network job search, convenient and effective, low cost advantages, to attract the majority of Internet users to participate. However, the existence of online recruitment, such as false information issued by the company, the recruitment of information expired, corporate information is not perfect and so on, resulting in a lot of urgent problems to be solved on the Internet. This paper studies the status quo and development trend of online recruitment in our country, hoping to improve the efficiency of online recruitment.
