目的:研究山苍子油是否具有抗马拉色菌的作用,明确山苍子油分别与3种抗真菌药物氟康唑、伊曲康唑及酮康唑联合抗真菌效力。方法:参照美国国家临床试验标准化委员会(NCCLS)提出的M27-A方案,测定山苍子油对临床分离的87株优势菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值,同时测定山苍子油分别与3种抗真菌药物联合应用的MIC值,并比较3种抗真菌药物与山苍子油联合用药前、后的MIC值。结果:山苍子油对临床分离的87株马拉色菌MIC均值为(3130.76±846.75)mg/L,糠秕马拉色菌的MIC均值明显低于合轴马拉色菌和厚皮马拉色菌(P<0.05);山苍子油分别与酮康唑、伊曲康唑及氟康唑联合用药的MIC值比单用时显著降低(P均<0.01)。结论:山苍子油对马拉色菌可能有一定的抗真菌作用;不同马拉色菌对唑类药物的敏感性有差异;山苍子油能够增强3种唑类药物的抗真菌效果。
Objective: To study whether Litsea cubeba oil has anti-Malassezia effect and to clarify the anti-fungal efficacy of Litsea cubeba oil combined with three antifungal drugs, fluconazole, itraconazole and ketoconazole. Methods: According to the M27-A protocol proposed by the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS), the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of Litsea cubeba oil on 87 clinically isolated strains was determined. At the same time, MIC value of three kinds of antifungal drugs combined, and compare the MIC value of three kinds of antifungal drugs before and after the combination of the anti-fungal drugs and the Litsea Cubeba oil. Results: The average MICs of 87 strains of Malassezia isolated from Litsea cubeba oil were (3130.76 ± 846.75) mg / L, and the MIC values of Malassezia furfur were significantly lower than those of Malassezia (P <0.05). MIC values of Litsea cubeba oil combined with ketoconazole, itraconazole and fluconazole were significantly lower than those of single use (P <0.01). Conclusion: Litsea cubeba oil may have some antifungal effects on Malassezia; different Malassezia strains have different sensitivity to azole drugs; Litsea cubeba oil can enhance the antifungal effect of three azole drugs.
