为了解决分散分布式缴费管理平台数据信息交互实时性较差、准确性不高、完善性不足等问题,笔者根据“一体化缴费接入系统”标准,建立符合“一站妥”营销业务应用需求的缴费技术管理平台,采用面向服务的SOA分层架构服务模型,实现了多渠道缴费服务业务集成统一。实践应用效果表明,该系统可以将95598网上银行、电力POS缴费终端、电力自助缴费终端、网上银行等缴费渠道统一集成,有效减轻电力运营服务压力,取得供电企业和用户利益的双赢。
In order to solve the problems such as the poor real-time performance, lack of accuracy and imperfection in the data exchange of decentralized distributed payment management platform, the author established the “one-stop-compliance” system based on the “integrated payment access system” Marketing business application needs of the payment technology management platform, the service-oriented SOA layered architecture service model, to achieve a unified multi-channel payment service business integration. The practical application shows that the system can unify 95598 online banking, power POS payment terminals, power self-service payment terminals and online payment channels to effectively reduce the pressure on power operation and service and achieve win-win benefits for power supply enterprises and users.
