近几年来,由于外科技术的进步,人工阴道成形术有了较大的发展,用作覆盖创面的材料,也有创新。我院采用带蒂的小阴唇皮瓣及中厚皮片移植行2例人工阴道成形术,取得满意效果,现介绍如下。 临 床 资 料 例1.27岁,未婚,因原发性闭经于1989年12月第1次住院。检查:第二性征正常,无阴道无子宫畸形,右下腹触及女拳大的囊性肿物。行剖腹探查术:见右侧卵巢囊肿10×10×8cm大小,表面光滑,活动,左右输卵管及左卵巢大小形态正常,连接两侧输卵管的为2×1×1cm的致密纤维结节样组织,行右侧附件切除术。病理为卵巢浆液性囊腺癌。1991年9月再次入院行人工阴道成形术。用两侧带蒂的小阴唇皮瓣及大腿中厚皮片移植于阴道穴的创面上,皮瓣及皮片生长良好,术后20天出院。术后1年多次复查,阴道湿润,弹性良好。深度7～8cm,宽可容2指,形成近似正常女性会阴阴道形态。术后由患者自行放置阴道模型2个月。术后1年结婚,夫妻性生活满意。

Repeated 1 year after surgery, vaginal wet, good elasticity. Depth of 7 ~ 8cm, wide and can accommodate 2 fingers, the formation of approximately normal female perineal vaginal morphology. After the patient placed their own vaginal model for 2 months. 1 year after marriage, marital satisfaction.
