目的:探讨快速液体衰减反转恢复序列(fluidatenuatedinversionrecovery,FLAIR)在脑部疾病中的应用价值。方法:对39例脑部疾病患者同时行常规MRT2加权像及快速FLAIR检查,比较两种序列对病灶的显示情况。结果:FLAIR共检出病灶310个,常规T2加权像检出237个,FLAIR显示病灶的轮廓更为清晰,病灶与正常脑组织的对比度更高,在显示脑组织深部皮层下、脑室旁病灶方面更有优势,可显示常规MRT2加权像未能显示的侧裂池及脑表面脑沟的小出血病灶。结论:快速FLAIR可作为颅脑MR检查常规序列的补充,有助于提高病变的检出率,减少漏诊。
Objective: To investigate the application value of fluidbacked reversed recovery (FLAIR) in brain diseases. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with brain diseases underwent routine MRT2 weighted imaging and rapid FLAIR examination. The two lesions were compared. Results: There were 310 lesions detected in FLAIR and 237 detected by conventional T2 weighted imaging. FLAIR showed that the contours of the lesion were more clear and the contrast between lesions and normal brain tissue was higher. Under the condition of showing the deep cortex of the brain tissue and the paraventricular lesions More advantages, can show conventional MRT2 weighted image failed to show the side fissure pool and cerebellar sulci small bleeding lesions. Conclusion: The rapid FLAIR can be used as a supplement to routine MR examination of brain, which can help to improve the detection rate of lesions and reduce missed diagnosis.
