目的 了解湖北地区汉族人群低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白 (LRP)四核苷酸重复序列遗传多态性的分布特点。方法 采用聚合酶链反应结合变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和银染技术 ,测定了湖北地区汉族人群低密度LRP基因四核苷酸重复序列 (TTTC )n等位基因及基因型频率 ,并比较了不同种族间等位基因和基因型的频率分布。结果 检出了 2种等位基因 ,等位片断长度为 91bp、 95bp ;3种基因型 :91/ 95型、 91/ 91型、 95 / 95型 ,其中 95 / 95型国内未见报道。结论 结果表明 ,人类低密度LRP基因四核苷酸重复序列 (TTTC )n的等位基因及基因型频率 ,在不同的种族之间存在着显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。
Objective To investigate the distribution of low density lipoprotein receptor - related protein (LRP) tetranucleotide repeat polymorphism in Chinese Han population in Hubei Province. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) combined with denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining techniques were used to determine the allele and genotype frequencies of the low-density-polymorphism (LTP) tetraploid nucleotide sequence (TTTC) n in Han population of Hubei Province. Frequency distribution of different ethnic alleles and genotypes. Results Two alleles were detected. The length of the allelic fragment was 91bp and 95bp. The three genotypes were 91/95, 91/91 and 95/95, of which no 95/95 was reported in China. Conclusion The results showed that alleles and genotype frequencies of four low nucleotide polymorphisms in human LRP gene were significantly different among different races (P <0.01).
