随着社会发展和组织变革的加快,职业倦怠问题逐步蔓延到各个行业。据调查,政府部门公务员是职业倦怠比例最高的职业。公务员担负着决策、执行、协调和监督国家和社会事务的重要职责,其工作质量和工作效率直接关系到国家的改革和发展,职业倦怠的出现必将影响其工作质量和工作效率。因此,认真分析研究公务员职业倦怠成因及管理办法,对于对于提高政府行政管理水平和提高政府工作绩效有着重要的意义。
