研究了成分、粒度配比对大规格弥散铜棒材的冷变形能力、力学性能和导电性能的影响,并研究了大规格弥散铜棒材的均匀性问题。结果表明,大规格弥散铜棒材的冷变形能力随Al含量的增加而下降;提高细粉比例,冷变形能力降低;弥散铜棒材硬度随Al含量的升高先线性增加,后趋于平缓;导电率随Al含量的升高而下降;极限冷拉拔后,大规格弥散铜棒材性能存在不均匀性,退火可降低其性能的不均匀性。
The effects of composition and particle size distribution on the cold deformation, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of large-size diffused copper bars were studied. The uniformity of large-size diffused copper bars was also studied. The results show that the cold deformability decreases with the increase of Al content. The proportion of fine powder decreases and the cold deformation ability decreases. The hardness of the diffusion-treated copper bar increases linearly with the increase of Al content, and then tends to be gentle ; The electrical conductivity decreases with the increase of Al content; after the cold drawing, the properties of the large-size diffuse copper bar have inhomogeneous properties, and the annealing can reduce the inhomogeneity of the properties.
