对甘肃省农村2212名中小学教师调查发现,教师的专业性具有以下特征:教师热心投入教育,但经济社会地位不够理想,职业忠诚度不高;教育理念发生重要转型,体现教育面向未来的精神;学生被动与主动教学方式并存,主动方式更受教师认同;教师具有很大自主权,但仍受到较大规限;教师合作环境较好,但需要提高合作的实效性。总体而言,教师的专业性正从传统向现代转变。
A survey of 2212 primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas of Gansu Province found that the professionalism of teachers has the following characteristics: teachers are keen to invest in education but their economic and social status are not ideal and their career loyalty is not high; an important transformation in their educational philosophy reflects the spirit of education for the future ; Students coexist both passive and active teaching methods, and their active methods are more recognized by teachers; teachers have great autonomy but are still subject to greater restrictions; and teachers’ cooperative environment is better, but the effectiveness of cooperation needs to be improved. In general, the professionalism of teachers is shifting from tradition to modernity.
