目的评价速干手消毒剂对戴手套进行连续诊疗操作时手套表面的消毒效果,探索提高手卫生依从性的方法。方法选择2015年3月—7月和2016年3月—7月医院中患者量大、无菌操作频繁的门诊采血室全部护士(共5名)为研究对象。以2016年3月—7月戴手套进行卫生手消毒操作为观察组。以2015年3月—7月不戴手套使用速干手消毒剂消毒双手表面的常规卫生手消毒操作为对照组。比较两组之间手卫生依从性的差异。2016年3月—7月对门诊采血室戴着手套进行连续采血操作的护士使用速干手消毒剂对手套表面进行卫生手消毒处理,采取连续使用手套操作1、2、5、10、15次后标本各50份,送检验科细菌室进行细菌学培养。结果采集的250份合格标本手套表面细菌菌落数均≤10 cfu/m L2,均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等致病菌;但手套连续使用达到15次左右时,2位护士手表面出汗明显,导致手套浸湿,不符合手套使用要求,因此研究终止。结论连续采血过程中使用速干手消毒剂对医用手套表面进行卫生手消毒有效,可以适当提高手卫生依从性,但对使用次数有一定要求。
Objective To evaluate the disinfectant effect of instant dry hand disinfectant on glove surface when wearing gloves for continuous diagnosis and treatment, and to explore ways to improve hand hygiene compliance. Methods All the nurses (5 in total) in outpatient blood collection room with large amount of patients and frequent aseptic operation from March to July in 2015 and March to July in 2016 were selected as the study objects. Conclusion In the process of continuous blood sampling, instant dry disinfectant is used to sanitize hand hygiene on the surface of medical gloves, which can improve hand hygiene compliance properly, but there are certain requirements on the number of use.
