本文首先解读了我国近几年来房地产调控政策的政策意图,继而分析了我国房地产市场运行的现状及存在的问题。在此基础上,本文从市场营销学的视角就我国房地产企业如何通过自身市场行为的调整去推动房地产市场的健康发展进行了理性思考。
