白细胞介素１８（ＩＬ－１８）是１９９５年克隆的一种新型细胞因子，又称ＩＦＮ－γ诱导因子，主要由活化的巨噬细胞产生，其相对分子质量（Ｍｒ）为１８ ３００［１、２］。ＩＬ－１８可诱导ＴＨ１细胞产生ＩＦＮ－γ和ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ等细胞因子，增强ＮＫ细胞和ＣＴＬ的活性
Interleukin 18 (IL-18) is a novel cytokine cloned in 1995, also known as IFN-γ inducing factor, mainly produced by activated macrophages. Its relative molecular mass (Mr) is 18 300 [1, 2]. IL-18 can induce TH1 cells to produce cytokines such as IFN-γ and GM-CSF and enhance the activity of NK cells and CTL
