以分子设计,采用界面缩聚方法合成一种新型的含联萘基团聚氰酸酯——聚2-氯-4-1,1′-联萘氧基-1,3,5-均三嗪(PCCBN),通过了GPC、IR、1HNMR、UV-vis、荧光光谱、TG等测试分析,研究表明该聚氰酸酯具有良好的光致发光性和耐热性.利用水滴模板技术,以水浴温度控制气流流速和空气湿度,制备PCCBN多孔膜,研究水浴温度及PCCBN浓度对多孔膜形貌的影响.结果表明,当水浴温度为30℃,PCCBN浓度为0.2 g/L时,制得的多孔膜孔径分布较均匀.
Molecular design, the use of interfacial polycondensation method to synthesize a new binaphthyl group containing polycyano-poly-2-chloro-4,1,1’-binaphthyl-1,3,5-S-triazine PCCBN), which has been tested by GPC, IR, 1HNMR, UV-vis, fluorescence spectroscopy and TG.The results show that the polycyanate has good photoluminescence and heat resistance.Using water droplet template technology, The effects of water bath temperature and PCCBN concentration on the morphology of porous membrane were investigated.The results show that when the water bath temperature is 30 ℃ and the concentration of PCCBN is 0.2 g / L, the prepared porous membrane Aperture distribution more uniform.
