大黄防治急性胰腺炎大鼠肠道细菌易位

目的探讨大黄对急性胰腺炎大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能的保护作用。方法 SD 大鼠32只,采用3.5 mg/L 牛磺胆酸钠逆行胰胆管注射建立急性胰腺炎模型后,随机分为对照组(n=16)及治疗组(n=16)。对照组给予全肠外营养支持,治疗组给予相同配方的全肠外营养支持,并予大黄灌胃。于治疗后第1及第5d 处死大鼠,检测肠道通透性、吸收功能、空肠黏膜蛋白、DNA 含量以及肠道细菌易位率。结果治疗后第1、5d,治疗组肠道通透性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05;P<0.01);治疗后第5d 肠道吸收功能显著高于对照组(P<0.05),空肠黏膜蛋白及 DNA 含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。肝脏、脾脏及血中细菌培养阳性率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄对急性胰腺炎大鼠肠黏膜屏障具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of rhubarb on intestinal mucosal barrier function in rats with acute pancreatitis. Methods Thirty-two SD rats were injected with 3.5 mg/L sodium taurocholate to establish a model of acute pancreatitis and randomly divided into control group (n=16) and treatment group (n=16). The control group was given total parenteral nutrition support. The treatment group was given the same formula of total parenteral nutrition support and was given to rhubarb. Rats were sacrificed on the 1st and 5th day after treatment. Intestinal permeability, absorption function, jejunal mucosal protein, DNA content, and intestinal bacterial translocation rate were measured. Results On the 1st and 5th day after treatment, the intestinal permeability of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05; P<0.01). The intestinal absorption function at the 5th day after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The content of jejunum mucosal protein and DNA was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The positive rates of bacterial culture in the liver, spleen and blood were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb has a protective effect on intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with acute pancreatitis.
