The existence of women is different from the essential characteristics of men. Women’s business start-ups inevitably encounter various obstacles. This article will analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the process of female entrepreneurship, and put forward questions from three aspects of society, family and entrepreneurs respectively, and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures for the government, families, enterprises and entrepreneurs themselves.
