场地的不均匀沉陷是导致埋地管线破坏重要原因之一。到目前为止,国内外对沉陷区埋地管线的反应分析甚少。为了真实地分析管线在沉陷情况下的反应,通过引入一个非线性弹簧,作为分析埋地管线在沉陷情况下反应的边界条件,以代替远处直线段管线的变形,将管线模拟成四节点薄壳单元,土介质简化为弹塑性弹簧,采用线性位移加载来模拟土体的沉陷作用,对有限元模型进行计算分析。通过实例计算,得出了管线的控制力,找出了管线的控制截面,为沉陷区埋地管线的设计提供一定的理论依据。
Uneven ground subsidence is one of the important reasons leading to the destruction of buried pipelines. So far, there has been little analysis of the response of buried pipelines in subsidence areas at home and abroad. In order to truly analyze the response of the pipeline under the conditions of subsidence, a non-linear spring is introduced as a boundary condition for analyzing the response of the buried pipeline under the condition of sinking, so as to replace the distortion of the pipeline in the distant straight section. The pipeline is simulated as a four- The shell elements and soil media are simplified as elasto-plastic springs. The linear displacement loads are used to simulate the subsidence of the soil. The finite element model is calculated and analyzed. Through the example calculation, the control force of the pipeline is obtained and the control section of the pipeline is found out, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of buried pipeline in the subsidence area.
