目的:探讨不同分化级别人子宫内膜癌组织基因表达谱差异,寻找高危子宫内膜癌的基因表达谱。方法:利用基因芯片分析32例不同分化子宫内膜癌间差异表达基因,并对基因表达谱进行层次聚类分析。结果:按分化对所有样本分组,筛选出差异表达基因33个(P<0.001)。根据33个差异表达基因进行层次聚类分析的结果与根据分化程度进行分类的相符率为91%。结论:对不同分化级别子宫内膜癌基因表达谱差异的研究可以发现与子宫内膜癌分化相关的基因;基因表达谱的聚类分析有助于识别高危子宫内膜癌。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the differences of gene expression profiles in endometrial carcinoma tissues with different differentiation levels and to find the gene expression profile of high-risk endometrial carcinoma. Methods: Gene microarray was used to analyze the differentially expressed genes in 32 differentiated endometrial carcinomas and to analyze the gene expression profile by cluster analysis. Results: All the samples were grouped by differentiation, and 33 differentially expressed genes were screened (P <0.001). The results of hierarchical clustering analysis based on 33 differentially expressed genes were 91% consistent with the classification based on the degree of differentiation. CONCLUSIONS: The differences of gene expression profiles of endometrial carcinoma with different differentiation levels can be found in the genes related to the differentiation of endometrial carcinoma. Cluster analysis of gene expression profiles can help identify high-risk endometrial carcinoma.
