本研究采用因子分析法,构建了我国普通高中教育发展水平的综合评价模型,实证结果表明我国高中教育存在地域发展不平衡的现象,越是经济较为发达的地区,高中教育发展水平就越高;反之,高中教育发展水平则较低。我国普通高中教育在发展过程中应正确认识区域间不平衡的问题,既要不断优化普通高中教育区域布局,更要加强省级政府对区域内高等教育发展的统筹和投入,同时鼓励学校努力拓展筹资渠道和多元化办学。
This study uses factor analysis to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of the general high school education in our country. The empirical results show that there is an imbalanced geographical development in our country’s senior secondary education. The more advanced the economy is, the higher the level of secondary school education is. On the contrary, the level of high school education is lower. In our country, ordinary senior high school education should correctly understand the problem of imbalance among regions. It is necessary to continuously optimize the regional distribution of general high school education, but also to strengthen the co-ordination and investment of provincial governments in the development of higher education in the region. At the same time, we should encourage schools to work hard to expand Financing channels and diversified school.
