本文从学校、学生、企业三个层面,探讨了高职酒店管理专业实习模式的构建要点,并从行业认知、发现问题、理论与实践结合、专业能力提升4个环节出发,构建了“CQCP”高职酒店管理专业实习模式,并对其保障机制进行了阐述。 This article discusses the construction essentials of hotel management specialty internship mode from three aspects: schools, students and enterprises. Based on the four aspects of industry cognition, discovering problems, combining theory with practice and professional competence, this paper constructs “ CQCP ”higher vocational hotel management professional internship model, and its safeguard mechanism elaborated.
