目的 :探讨人工晶状体睫状沟缝合固定术在眼外伤中的应用。方法 :对 31例累及前后段复杂眼外伤患者采取晶状体囊外摘出或晶状体玻璃体切除 ,眼内异物取出的联合手术 ,其中 2 2只眼同期行人工晶状体睫状沟缝合 ,9只眼分期缝合。结果 :术后随诊 6～ 18个月。术后视力 1 0以上 3只眼 (9 6 8% ) ,0 3以上 2 3只眼 (74 2 % ) ,0 0 8～ 0 2者 5只眼 (16 1% )。结论 :人工晶状体睫状沟缝合固定在眼外伤中应用较广泛 ,对联合手术掌握好适应证 ,手术时机以及并发症的预防 ,是行之有效的方法。
Objective: To investigate the application of ciliary sulcus suture fixation in ocular trauma. Methods: Thirty-one patients with complex ocular trauma who involved the anterior or posterior segments were treated by extracapsular cataract extraction combined with vitrectomy and intraocular foreign body removal. Among them, 22 eyes were ciliary sulcus and 9 eyes were staged sutured simultaneously. Results: Postoperative follow-up 6 to 18 months. Postoperative visual acuity was more than 10 eyes (9 6 8%), 0 3 more than 3 eyes (74 2%), 0 0 8 ~ 0 2 5 eyes (16 1%). CONCLUSION: Ciliary sulcus suture fixation in ocular trauma is widely used. It is an effective method for the prevention and treatment of indications, timing and complications of combined surgery.
