培养具有科技创新能力的人才是教育的使命,相应的创新人才培养模式是教育改革关注的重点,加强专业基础课程和适时引入科学前沿对创新人才的培养具有重要意义。本文论述了加强专业基础课程以夯实基础和引入科学前沿以培养创新能力的人才培养模式,分析了专业基础课程和科学前沿对人才创新能力的作用和影响,总结了长沙理工大学光信息科学与技术本科专业的创新人才培养模式。
It is the mission of education to cultivate qualified personnel with scientific and technological innovation ability. Corresponding training mode of innovative talents is the focus of education reform. It is of great significance to strengthen basic courses and introduce scientific frontiers to train creative talents timely. This article discusses the strengthening of professional foundation courses to lay a solid foundation and the introduction of scientific frontiers to cultivate innovative ability of personnel training, analysis of the professional basic courses and scientific front of the talent innovation ability and influence, summed up the Changsha University of Science and Technology Information and Technology Undergraduate professional mode of training innovative personnel.
