道路工程具有多等级、多结构层次的特征,对原材料的质量要求也是随着道路等级的降低和结构深度的增加而逐渐降低的,可以消纳不同种类与质量的建筑垃圾,而且体量巨大,因此必将是建筑垃圾循环利用的主要渠道。在研究再生粗骨料与天然骨料主要技术指标差异的基础上,开展采用天然骨料与不同掺量再生粗骨料AC-20C和ATB-25沥青混合料路用性能及力学特性的比较研究。结果表明:随着再生粗骨料掺量增加,沥青用量增加,但有效沥青用量与沥青膜厚度基本维持不变,掺加60%以内再生粗骨料可显著提高沥青混合料的高温性能。再生粗骨料对混合料的水稳定性具有积极影响,但低温抗裂性降低,劈裂抗拉强度逐渐下降。考虑综合性能,建议再生粗骨料掺量不超过60%。

The results show that as the amount of recycled coarse aggregate increases, the amount of asphalt increases, but the effective amount of asphalt and the thickness of asphalt film remain basically unchanged. When 60% recycled coarse aggregate is added, the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture can be significantly improved. Recycled coarse aggregate has a positive effect on the water stability of the mixture, but the low temperature crack resistance decreases and the splitting tensile strength gradually decreases. Considering the comprehensive performance, it is recommended that the content of recycled coarse aggregate should not exceed 60%.
