[目的/意义]将信息资源平台作为网络信息资源著作权侵权的研究主体,对其信息资源交互中存在的著作权动态风险进行评估,以期更好地为风险应对提供参考。[方法/过程]在讨论动态风险内涵的基础上,应用FTA方法构建了网络信息资源著作权的动态风险故障树,并构建了风险评估模型;采用专家主观评分和客观概率重要度计算相结合的方法使风险重要度排序更加合理,并结合实例进行了模拟运算。[结果/结论]评估结果与实际相符且具有较高的可行性,人员可根据风险重要度优先级从高到低对风险事件进行处理。
[Purpose / Significance] As the research subject of copyright infringement on network information resources, the platform of information resources is used to assess the dynamic risks of copyright in the interaction of information resources so as to provide a reference for risk response. [Method / Process] On the basis of discussing the connotation of dynamic risk, a dynamic risk fault tree of copyright of network information resources is constructed by using FTA method, and a risk assessment model is constructed. By combining the method of expert subjective score and objective probability importance calculation Make the sort of risk importance more reasonable, and carry on the simulation operation with the example. [Results / Conclusion] The assessment results are in line with the actual situation and have high feasibility. People can handle the risk events according to the priority of risk importance from high to low.
