选取2013年8月~2014年6月在我院就诊的54例为妊娠晚期妇女设为观察组,同时选取同期体检的54例健康妇女设为对照组,所有患者均于清晨空腹状态下采集静脉血,并使用STA-R-EVOLUTION全自动凝血分析仪进行分析,记录两组血液样本中的部分活化凝血活酶的时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)以及国际化标准比值(INR)。D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)采用免疫比浊法。结果经过两组之间的数据比较,观察组妇女的部分APTT、PT、国际化标准比值(INR)、DD、FDP,明显高于对照组,而观察组的FIB低于对照组,两组相比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但TT相比无显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。孕妇在妊娠晚期的凝血指标处于高凝状态,因此在孕妇分娩前需要对孕妇的凝血功能进行动态监测,做好各种并发症的预防和抢救措施,最大限度地减少并发症,保证孕妇分娩的安全。
