本文探讨了硒催化显色反应测定硒含量的方法。氯酸钾可氧化苯肼成重氮离子 ,继与间苯二胺偶合成黄色的偶氮染料 [2 ]。硒对此反应有催化作用。在一定硒浓度范围内 ,偶氮化合物 45 4nm吸光度与硒浓度成正比 ,由此可定量硒。通过对 p H值、温度、时间、EDTA等反应条件的摸索 ,进一步完善催化显色反应测定硒含量的方法。
This article discusses the selenium catalytic chromogenic reaction determination of selenium content. Potassium chlorate oxidizes phenylhydrazine into diazo ions, followed by the coupling of metaphenylenediamine into yellow azo dyes [2]. Selenium has a catalytic effect on this reaction. In a certain concentration range of selenium, 45 4nm azo compound absorbance and concentration is proportional to selenium, which can be quantified selenium. Through the p H value, temperature, time, EDTA and other reaction conditions to explore and further improve the catalytic chromogenic reaction determination of selenium content.
