目的针对综合药房的管理模式,为减少药患之间纠纷,改善药患关系提供借鉴。方法根据综合药房工作特点,分析综合药房药患纠纷发生的原因,提出针对性的意见。结果和结论药师应根据综合药房的工作特点,认真分析和总结药患纠纷的原因,看到自身的不足,并且理解和尊重患者,改善药患关系,减少药患纠纷的发生。 Objective To provide a reference for the management mode of integrated pharmacy and to reduce disputes between drug users and patients and to improve the relationship between drug users and patients. Methods According to the characteristics of the comprehensive pharmacy, this paper analyzes the causes of the disputes between the pharmacies and the patients in the general pharmacy and puts forward the pertinent suggestions. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Pharmacists should carefully analyze and summarize the causes of drug disputes according to the characteristics of general pharmacy and see their deficiencies. They also understand and respect patients, improve the relationship between drug users and patients, and reduce the incidence of drug disputes.
