对挤出机口模流道中高聚物的流动情况进行了分析。引用高聚物黏弹性流体本构方程,建立了高聚物在挤出机机头口模中流动的数学模型。用MathCAD软件对该模型进行了数值模拟,结果表明:机头压力、材料的松弛时间以及口模流道的几何尺寸对高聚物在机头中应力张量的变化影响较大,适当调整口模流道尺寸会有利于高聚物的稳定挤出。
The flow of polymer in the die orifice of the extruder was analyzed. The constitutive equation of polymer viscoelastic fluid was used to establish the mathematical model of polymer flow in die head of extruder. The numerical simulation of the model with MathCAD software shows that the head pressure, the relaxation time of the material and the geometry of the die flow channel have a great influence on the change of the stress tensor in the head of the polymer. Mold flow channel size will be conducive to the stable extrusion of polymers.
