为了改进刮板输送机铲板槽帮的设计、提高设备可靠性,建立了铲板槽帮端部及哑铃销的三维几何模型,并针对模型的机械强度进行了有限元分析。分析得到了铲板槽帮端部的应力分布情况,并算出了铲板槽帮端部的安全系数。
In order to improve the design of the scraper plate grooved scraper and improve the reliability of the equipment, a three-dimensional geometric model of the blade end and the dumbbell pin was established. The mechanical strength of the model was analyzed by finite element method. The stress distribution of the end of the blade plate groove is analyzed and the safety factor of the blade plate groove end is calculated.
