大学生就业问题关乎社会和谐和稳定,是高校赖以生存和发展的生命线。近几年随着高校扩招,高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,越来越多的毕业生产生了一系列的就业心理问题。我们透过大学生就业难这个表象,可以看出大学生就业时存在着这样一些问题:攀高和求稳的就业旧思维,就业过于自负或自卑,对就业焦虑和恐惧,以致造成就业盲从和急躁,等等。切实解决毕业生存在的就业心理问题,提高就业率,对促进高校发展、社会和谐有重要意义。
