绒毛膜癌是一种继发于正常或异常妊娠之后的滋养细胞瘤，其中25％发生于流产后。绒癌的恶性程度极高，在化疗药物问世前，其死亡率高达90％以上。我院妇产科于2003年2月12日收治一例绒癌患者，经手术及化疗，病人于2003年6月6日痊愈出院，现将护理措施总结如下：
